Mission: To Revive Book Reading Culture.

Created as an online Club on November 5, 2020 in Covid times with the Aim of Helping others heal, helps in self-healing. Unburden your heart, mind and soul. Fill up your emotional saucer with happiness, positivity and peace. There are 620+ Online Members.

This became Offline Club: November 1, 2022 with 4 founder members - Dr. Reemanshu Bansal (Juju’s Pearls), Twinkle Gupta, Disha Katia, Dr. Neha Garg in hometown, Bathinda, Punjab India with 43+ members. JRC meet is on 1st Tuesday every month (Timings: 6- 7 pm). Books of different genre are discussed.

JRC launched its dream project of “JRC Mobile Library” in collaboration with IRIA Punjab (Social Wing) & Goodwill Society Respected Shri K.K. Garg Uncleji- my guide/ friend /mentor in social work on November 1, 2023 

A mobile library for children living in the slums. We have heard that books have wings. Now books have feet. Now Books reach the slums via Mobile Library. This runs every Thursday/ friday During each visit, some eatables like biscuits/ fruit -apple are given to children who are studying in the mobile evening school and are eager to issue books. With almighty blessings, children are taking very good care of the books and all books have been returned so far in good condition. There are 3 evening mobile schools under JRC wings.

Visit to slums is inspiring. The smile on little children’s faces and their eagerness to see new books is unmatched. My JRC Mobile library runs every week and caters to 3 evening schools and around 50 children. These children are getting used to the idea of issuing fancy, glossy books (primary education) and returning too. They wait eagerly for every Thursday evening for JRC mobile library.   "NEET Warrior" PS: This write up is dedicated to all the parents, teachers and students who have appeared for NEET or are preparing for NEET.   The answer key of NEET (National Eligibility Entrance Test) was released yesterday. I sent a congratulatory message to one of my colleagues. There was a prompt reply, " Score is less, hope to get admission in a private college."   Students who have scored high, or the students who have scored as per their expectation or those who have scored less, none seems to be satisfied with their performance in the exam. To keep the vibe positive, I replied “You are a parent of a NEET warrior. Salute your warrior.” The desired effect was palpable. (When they rebuke, ”Leave it, you can’t do it!”) Disclaimer: Such kind of blogs are generally penned to help few anonymous souls, who are seeking help in empowering themselves and to gain a better understanding of their roles. Any resemblance to anyone’s life is purely co-incidental . This phrase is very commonly used in our male dominated society. Males (not all) get a sadist satisfaction whenever they utter these words to the fairer sex. I leave it for the reader to read this phrase with appropriate pause and stress. The tone may be low, but their body language gives away the real feelings. I often discuss with my Popsie the difference between ego and self respect. As per my understanding, in self respect, one tends to protect one’s own dignity and never puts down the other person.
